Will my OCCs expire?

OCCs are valid for 2 calendar years. For example, OCCs earned between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, will expire on December 31, 2027.

How can I check when my OCCs will expire?

You can check your OCCs expiration date in your account’s balance history.

I have two accounts. Can I transfer my OCCs from one account to another?

No, OCCs cannot be transferred between different accounts.

Can OCCs be transferred to others?

No, OCCs are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

What should I do if I haven’t received my OCCs?

Please check your balance history for details on your OCCs. Normally, it takes less than 1 hour for OCCs to be credited to your account.
*OCCs earned from purchasing main units will be issued by the end of May 2025.

What should I do if I notice an incorrect OCCs balance?

If you believe your OCCs balance is incorrect, please send us an email with the subject: [Incorrect Balance-Owner Club] to after-sales@speediance.com, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
